CASES-CASES ANNOUNCES ISO CERTIFICATION WAKEFIELD, Massachusetts - November 20, 2012 - Cases-Cases, a leading a leading dealer and distributor of reusable shipping cases, announces a milestone achievement in becoming certified as an ISO 9001:2008 organization, following a review by NQA USA. To become certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant, Cases-Cases underwent a nine-month evaluation process that included quality management system development and documentation, training, pre-audit, internal audit, clearance of all non-conformances, and final certification by an ISO approved third party auditor. The certification was the culmination of years of hard work, consistent high quality service, and the dedication of the Cases-Cases employees. "Obtaining the certification is an important recognition of our commitment to continuously improve our products and service to meet and exceed our customers' satisfaction," commented Bob Haas, President of Cases-Cases.
